We know straightening your teeth is an investment in yourself or your child and while the price varies depending on a number of factors including the complexity of your case, the duration of your treatment and which type of braces or appliances you choose.  Our team will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each available payment plan option, so that you can make the best choice for you and your smile.  We will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget, and you will know what to expect before beginning treatment.  Our office accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  We also have no-interest financing plans.  If you have any questions about payments or financing, we are here to help.

Insurance

Vargas Orthodontics is in network with several insurance plans and accept assignment of benefits from most insurance companies.  A lot of policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit distinct from your regular dental insurance and has different disbursement schedules (some will disburse benefits annually, quarterly, or even monthly over the length of treatment) If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, it can greatly reduce your personal costs.

Please note that if your benefits change during the course of treatment, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

Flex Spending Accounts

Flex spending accounts (FSA) are a great way to help families afford orthodontic treatment.  These accounts are set up through your place of employment, and they allow you to use pre-tax dollars to set aside for medical expense, ultimately saving you money.
